Storm cells
Scale tops out at its observed ceiling of 70%. Blue is under the 30% alert threshold, yellow through pink at or over it.
A white ring marks a storm over 70% for any severe hazard.
The solid inner cone is the rotation's, capped at 25 min because beyond that it stops being the smaller one.
