Volunteers read this. All of it.
There is no call center and no ticket robot here. Pick whichever fits: the Discord if you want whoever is around to look at it now, email if it needs a record, the form if you would rather not join anything first.

How can we help?
The form and the address land in the same mailbox, and the same person reads both. The form only exists because an inquiry that starts in a blank compose window usually costs a round trip of questions before anybody can answer it.
A bad or missed alertWhere you were and roughly when. That is what lets somebody find the message in the delivery log.
Something broken in an appPlatform and version, both at the bottom of Settings, and what you did just before it went wrong.
Billing or your planWrite from the address on the account if you can. It saves a round trip proving the account is yours.
Data, the API or MQTTThe docs cover the limits and the payloads. If something contradicts them, that is a bug and we want it.
Or just come in
Most of this project happens in the Discord
Spotters, developers and the people who keep the feeds up are all in there, in the open. Ask in the support channel and the answer usually comes from whoever built the thing you are asking about.
